Returns Policy
We want you to feel comfortable trying us out. For any reason, if you are not satisfied with our coffee, we will offer a full refund on your first bag of coffee. No questions asked, and no need to return anything.
If it is NOT your first order with us:
Returned coffee is not accepted as it is a perishable item, unless there was an issue such as a damaged delivery.
Time is of the essence. If you receive your order and notice the order is damaged you must contact us within 48 hours for an exchange. No exchanges or returns will be accepted after 48 hours.
If you order the wrong product, we cannot offer a replacement. If you order the right product but receive the wrong one, please contact us as soon as possible so we can look into it and replace it, if needed. If you don't receive it at all, please contact us within 48 hours after your expected delivery date.
Basically, if we mess up, we'll make it right. If you mess up, maybe you have a friend you need a gift for.
However, we're pretty cool, so just contact support if you have an unusual circumstance or you need further assistance or clarification. We'll review claims on a case-by-case basis.
