Returns Policy
COFFEE POLICY
If this is your first order with us:
We want you to feel comfortable trying us out. For any reason, if you are not satisfied with our coffee, we will offer a full refund on your first bag of coffee. No questions asked, and no need to return anything.
If it is NOT your first order with us:
Returned coffee is not accepted as it is a perishable item, unless there was an issue such as a damaged delivery.
Time is of the essence. If you receive your order and notice the order is damaged you must contact us within 48 hours for an exchange. No exchanges or returns on coffee will be accepted after 48 hours.
If you order the wrong product, we cannot offer a replacement. If you order the right product but receive the wrong one, please contact us as soon as possible so we can look into it and send you the correct item. If you don't receive it at all, please contact us within 48 hours after your expected delivery date.
Basically, if we mess up, we'll make it right. If you mess up, maybe you have a friend you need a gift for.
However, we're pretty cool and we want happy customers, so just contact support if you have an unusual circumstance or you need further assistance or clarification. We'll review claims on a case-by-case basis.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on coffee. For exchanges on apparel and other items in the Merch Shop, returns and exchanges will be granted only if the product is unused or defective. A restocking fee of 25% of the cost may be applied to returns of unused, non-defective items.
If you order the wrong size of any apparel or you just don't like the fit, please contact us within 48 hours for an exchange or refund.
We allow exchanges and/or returns up to 14 days of your receipt of the order, and in some other cases, like big holidays, we offer up to 30 days.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
