Answers to the most common questions.
How long will it take to roast, ship, and deliver my order?
Orders may take up to 5 days to process. Your coffee is roasted fresh and then ships the same day. Depending on your location, delivery could take up to 5 days.
Please allow up to 10 days total from the time you click PURCHASE to the time you brew your first cup.
How fresh will my coffee be when it arrives?
VERY FRESH — it's roasted the day it ships to you.
Can I pause, skip, or cancel my subscription anytime?
Please know that since you receive a discount on any subscription, you may only cancel AFTER your initial order + one "refill." This means that if you have a monthly subscription, you must wait until you receive your second order 1 month from your initial order. You may cancel beforehand within 48 hours of your order by emailing support HERE, but you will still be charged for initial order (the first bag of coffee) which you we will ship to you.
What if my order is damaged, lost, wrong, or I just don't like the coffee?
We want you to feel comfortable trying us out. For any reason, if you are not satisfied with our coffee, we will offer a full refund on your first bag of coffee. No questions asked, and no need to return anything.
If it is NOT your first order with us:
Returned coffee is not accepted as it is a perishable item, unless there was an issue such as a damaged delivery.
Time is of the essence. If you receive your order and notice the order is damaged you must contact us within 48 hours for an exchange. No exchanges or returns will be accepted after 48 hours.
If you order the wrong product, we cannot offer a replacement. If you order the right product but receive the wrong one, please contact us as soon as possible so we can look into it and replace it, if needed. If you don't receive it at all, please contact us within 48 hours after your expected delivery date.
Basically, if we mess up, we'll make it right. If you mess up, maybe you have a friend you need a gift for.
However, we're pretty cool, so just contact support if you have an unusual circumstance or you need further assistance or clarification. We'll review claims on a case-by-case basis.
How does my purchase help save animals?
Companion Coffee Co. donates 10% of all profits monthly to Best Friends animal rescue missions across the country.
These donations go toward rescue efforts and necessary pet care costs like food, vaccines, holding adoption events, and other things our little furry friends may need while in their care.
